Selection Factors
- Selection is based on the total evaluation of a student. Screening for interviews is based on the cumulative GPA and best total MCAT score.
- Although SC residency is a primary admission consideration
- Nonresidents with excellent credentials are considered
- Especially those with close SC ties
- Personality traits and accomplishments are evaluated during interviews. Interpersonal skills
